Our experience with Alana was terrific. She was extremely helpful for every step of the process, and explained everything to us (first time buyers!) in a way we understood. She got to know us, and by the end of the process it felt like we had a long-time friend. She was instrumental in our process and without her we would not have ended up with such a great home.
